Three hilarious shadow puppets narrate this beautifully animated interpretation of the Ramayana. Set to 1920′s jazz vocals, Sita Sings the Blues is “the Greatest Break-Up Story Ever Told.” Animation by Nina Paley. Length 82 minutes.
All proceeds benefit Magic Lantern Puppet Theater’s upcoming production, Children and Other Optical Illusions at Open Eye Figure Theater.
